What the lot and certificate codes are, what they are not, and the seven checks you can run yourself with the bottle in your hand.

Quick answer
Lot SOD-26/SO-7263 and certificate SOD-7263-26-SO are reference codes, not documents. No laboratory report was supplied with either, so there is nothing to open and no database to look them up in. What you can do instead takes about two minutes with the bottle in front of you: check the safety seal first, because the label says not to use it if the seal is damaged or missing; then the black bottle and gold rules, the Vitalifes brand mark, the panel text against the transcription below, the printed expiry date of 07-2028, and whatever is marked on the base.
Say it first
The lot and certificate are reference codes with no document
The lot number and the certificate reference supplied with this product are codes, not documents. Lot SOD-26/SO-7263 and certificate SOD-7263-26-SO were given to us as strings of characters with nothing attached: no laboratory report, no test list, no result, no signature, no date. These are reference codes for the batch. No certificate document was supplied with them, so they are references, not results. A code you cannot open is not a test you can read. That belongs in the first paragraph of this page rather than the last, because everything below is written around the gap.
So this is not a verification page in the sense of a database you type a code into. No such lookup exists for SodaPeak and we will not build the appearance of one. What follows instead is what you can check yourself, with the bottle in your hand, in about two minutes — each a real check against the label and artwork we were supplied.
On arrival
Seven checks to run the moment the box is open
In order, and the first one is the only one the label makes mandatory.
Check the safety seal before anything else
The label’s own instruction, in capitals: “DO NOT USE IF SAFETY SEAL IS DAMAGED OR MISSING.” A torn, loose, re-stuck or absent seal ends the inspection. Call the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480 for a replacement.
Check the bottle itself
A black bottle with gold rules on the label, described on the front as “60 capsule” — the label’s own wording, singular, and not a typing error on our part.
Find the VITALIFES mark
It sits above the wordmark. Beneath it, a red roundel reading “SUPPORTS HEALTHY MUSCLE*” around a horse’s head, then SodaPeak, then ADVANCED FORMULA, then the count, then DIETARY SUPPLEMENTS.

Serving size 2 capsules, servings per container 30, and a 1200 mg Test Boost Proprietary Blend with eight ingredients under it. Eight, not six. If your bottle lists six, the order desk should hear about it.
Check the printed expiry date
The side panel prints “Expiry date: 07-2028”. Compare it with how long your pack will actually take you: six bottles at one capsule a day is close to a year of product.
Look at the base of the bottle
A lot code and a best-before are applied to the base on bottles that carry them. Photograph whatever is there, whether or not it matches SOD-26/SO-7263.

That order is not decorative. A proprietary blend is listed in descending order by weight, so horny goat weed is the largest share and boron the smallest.

Two things to notice
The footnote is printed “Dally Value Not Established”, with the misspelling, and the blend row carries a double asterisk while the footnote below carries a single one, so the markers do not match. Both slips are on the artwork we were supplied, so a bottle that has them is consistent with what we were given rather than suspicious.

The gap
What a certificate of analysis would have told you
It is worth spelling out what a certificate would have let you do, because that sets the size of what is missing.
A certificate of analysis names the laboratory and the methods. It lists what was tested for — identity of each raw material, heavy metals, microbial contamination, and in this category, adulteration with substances that are not on the label. It gives a result and a specification for each test, so you see not only the number but what it was supposed to be. And it is tied to a specific lot.
With that document, the federal category warning becomes checkable. NIH’s Office of Dietary Supplements notes that the FDA warns some products marketed for exercise and athletic performance might contain inappropriate, unlabeled or unlawful stimulants, steroids, hormone-like ingredients, controlled substances, prescription medications or unapproved drugs. A screening result for the batch in your hand answers that one way or the other. Without one, it stays open.

Storing it after it has passed the checks
Once the bottle has passed the checks, the label tells you how to keep it that way:
STORAGE: Keep away from heat, light, and humidity to preserve freshness.
Plus three lines in capitals on the same panel: keep out of the reach of children, do not use if the safety seal is damaged or missing, and store in a cool, dry place.
The practical translation is that a bathroom cabinet is the worst storage in the house, because it is humid by design, and a windowsill is the second worst. A kitchen cupboard away from the hob, or a bedroom drawer, does the job. It is the part of a label people read once and then ignore, and humidity is the one that quietly matters for a gelatin capsule.
If you bought three or six bottles, keep the unopened ones sealed in the same place rather than distributing them around the house, and check the expiry date on each bottle rather than assuming they all match the first.
