How To Take SodaPeak
What the directions panel says, what it leaves you to decide, and the seven things worth doing in order — starting before the first capsule.

Quick answer
The side panel prints it word for word: “As a dietary supplement, take one (1) or two (2) capsules daily with an 8 oz. glass of water.” Two capsules is the serving the panel’s 1200 mg describes and makes the bottle a 30-day supply; one is half of both and makes it 60 days. Choose one end of that range before you start and write it down. No time of day is published.
The decision
First decide: one capsule or two?
A decision rather than an instruction, and the label leaves it entirely to you. Make it once.
The label prints a range rather than a dose: “take one (1) or two (2) capsules daily”. The panel then declares a serving of two capsules and 30 servings in the bottle. Both are true and they describe different products, so close the gap yourself.
Two capsules a day
The serving the panel describes: the full 1200 mg. 60 capsules last 30 days, so a bottle is a month.
One capsule a day
Half a serving and half the blend, and the same bottle lasts 60 days.
Then write it down
Two sentences: which dose you chose and the date you started. Drifting between one and two is the common failure and it is quiet; after eight weeks you are then holding an impression of a product you took at a strength you cannot state. The order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480 can give you the seller’s own view.
Method
The 8 oz. glass of water, and why the label says it
The instruction reads: “SUGGESTED USE: As a dietary supplement, take one (1) or two (2) capsules daily with an 8 oz. glass of water.” The glass of water is part of the sentence, and the label names a size: 8 oz.
Why a capsule needs it
A capsule shell is made to soften and open. Gelatin softens on contact with moisture, which is what you want once it has reached the stomach and not what you want on the way down: a capsule swallowed dry can stall in the oesophagus and begin softening there. Enough water carries it through in one movement.
A practical sequence
- A mouthful of water first, so the throat is already wet.
- Capsule on the tongue, a proper mouthful, swallow with your chin level rather than tipped back.
- Finish the glass afterwards. That is the part people skip.
- Stay upright for a few minutes.
Nothing in the supplied material says to take it with food or to avoid food. If capsules tend to unsettle you, taking them with a meal is reasonable.
Routine
When should you take it?
No time of day is published. So the honest answer to “when should I take it?” is: whenever you will actually take it.
Attach it to something that already happens
A daily capsule fails for one reason more than any other, and it is not the capsule: it is that remembering gets treated as the plan. Pick something you do every day without deciding to — the first coffee, filling the kettle — and put the bottle where that happens. If you chose two capsules, take both together unless you find them uncomfortable; the panel describes a daily serving rather than a single moment.
Mark a date four weeks out
Do it on day one. At two capsules a day a bottle is thirty days, so the first fair look and the reorder decision arrive together. The week-by-week plan →
Caution
Do not exceed the dose on the label
The label’s own instruction
“CAUTION: Do not exceed recommended dose. Pregnant or nursing mothers, children under the age of 18 and individuals with a known medical condition should consult a physician before using this or any dietary supplement.”
The first four words carry the weight. Two capsules is the top of the range, and there is no version of this label that describes three.
Why more is not a stronger version of the same thing
With a single ingredient at a published amount, taking extra is at least a legible decision. Here you would be increasing eight ingredients at once, in proportions nobody outside the company can state. That is a guess on top of a guess, and it makes any judgement you form afterwards worthless.
The check worth doing first
Read the eight ingredient names out to a pharmacist, along with anything else you take daily. Six of the eight have no federal consumer page and therefore no published interaction summary. NCCIH notes that nettle contains tannins which can reduce the effectiveness of an iron supplement, and that saw palmetto may be unsafe during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
Keeping it
Storage: heat, light and humidity
Three enemies, named on the label, and the third is the one most people walk into.
The label gives storage twice: “STORAGE: Keep away from heat, light, and humidity to preserve freshness.” and, in the warning block, “STORE IN A COOL, DRY PLACE”.
Heat
Botanical material and a gelatin shell both dislike warmth. A windowsill, a glovebox and a shelf above a radiator are all warmer than they feel.
Light
The bottle is opaque and black, which is the packaging doing its part. Yours is to keep the lid on and the bottle out of direct sun.
Humidity
The one people get wrong, because the obvious place for a supplement is a bathroom cabinet and a bathroom is humid by design. Gelatin takes up moisture from the air, and capsules that have done so can soften or stick together.
Leave the desiccant in
If the bottle arrives with a small sachet or a cotton plug, leave it there, and close the bottle properly every time. An open bottle in a warm kitchen is the combination the storage line is written against.
Keep out of the reach of children
Printed on the label in capitals. A bottle of capsules belongs out of reach and out of sight, not on a kitchen table because that is where you remember to take it. Put the reminder somewhere visible and the bottle somewhere safe.
On arrival
The safety seal and the expiry date
The safety seal
The label is unambiguous: “DO NOT USE IF SAFETY SEAL IS DAMAGED OR MISSING.” Check it on every bottle in a multi-bottle pack rather than on the first one you open. If a seal is torn, lifted, missing or looks refitted, call the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480 and keep the bottle until they tell you what to do with it.
The expiry date
The side panel prints Expiry date: 07-2028. At two capsules a day a six-bottle pack is six months; at one capsule a day it is a year. Check that against the date on the bottles you actually receive, because the run you are sent may not be the run we were shown.
What to check on arrival
- The safety seal, on every bottle.
- The expiry date, against how long your pack will take you.
- That the panel names eight ingredients, the same eight this site publishes.
- That the other-ingredients line still ends “Gelatin Capsule”, if that matters to you.
Slips
What to do if you miss a day
Take the next day’s capsule at the usual time and carry on. Do not double up. There is nothing to catch up on: no loading dose, and no published schedule a missed day would break. Doubling up would take you past the top of the range, which the bottle tells you not to do.
If you miss several days
Restart at the dose you chose and move your four-week checkpoint back by roughly the days you lost. A month with a fortnight missing from the middle is not a month.
If you keep missing days
That is information rather than a failure. A supplement that does not survive contact with your actual morning will not be taken consistently for eight weeks whatever is in it, and the honest response is to stop.
Keep the receipt separate from the routine
The money-back window here is pointed at rather than stated: the pack says the guarantee is as printed on the listing, and adds that this is often the marketplace return window. No length is published in our sources. Read it before you pay and screenshot it with the date visible. What is published about the guarantee →
Checklist
The whole routine, in seven steps
Everything above in order, from the seal on the bottle to the note in the calendar.
Check the safety seal before you open anything
The label says not to use the product if it is damaged or missing, and that instruction is worth more than any other on this page.
Read the panel on your own bottle
Eight ingredients, a two-capsule serving, thirty servings, a gelatin capsule. If yours says otherwise, call the order desk before taking it.
Choose one capsule or two, and write it down with the date
Two is the serving the 1200 mg describes and a 30-day bottle; one is half of both. The whole routine rests on this.
Pick the moment, not the time
Attach it to something you already do daily and put the bottle where that happens. No time of day is published.
Take it with a full 8 oz. glass of water
A mouthful before, a mouthful with, the rest after. Stay upright for a few minutes.
Store it cool, dry, dark and out of reach
A kitchen cupboard or a bedroom drawer. Not the bathroom cabinet.
Put a note in the calendar four weeks out
Write down now what you would want to be different then. Memory is generous to things we have paid for.
Seven steps, and only three are about swallowing a capsule. That is the right proportion for a product with no published timeline and a range instead of a dose: most of what you can do well here is done before the first capsule.
Questions
SodaPeak FAQ: how to use questions
How do I take SodaPeak?
The side panel prints it word for word: “As a dietary supplement, take one (1) or two (2) capsules daily with an 8 oz. glass of water.” The glass of water is part of the instruction, not decoration.
One capsule or two?
The label allows either, and that is genuinely unhelpful. Two capsules is the serving the 1200 mg figure describes and makes the bottle a 30-day supply; one capsule is half that on both counts. Pick one and stay with it, and call the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480 if you want the seller’s own answer.
When should I take it?
No time of day is published. A daily supplement works best attached to something you already do without deciding, which for most people is breakfast or the first coffee.
Can I take it with food?
Nothing in the supplied material forbids it or requires it. The label asks only for a glass of water.
Can I take more than the label says?
No. The bottle prints its own answer: “Do not exceed recommended dose.” With eight ingredients in unknown proportions, taking more is not a controlled experiment, it is a guess on top of a guess.
What if I miss a day?
Take the next day’s as normal. Do not double up. There is no loading dose here and nothing to catch up on.
Does it need refrigerating?
No. The label says to keep it away from heat, light and humidity to preserve freshness, and to store it in a cool, dry place. A cupboard beats a bathroom shelf, which is humid by design.
What if the safety seal is broken?
Do not use it. The label is explicit: “DO NOT USE IF SAFETY SEAL IS DAMAGED OR MISSING.” Call the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480 and ask for a replacement rather than taking the chance.
