SodaPeak Shipping and Delivery

Two published facts, ten unpublished ones, and an honest account of which is which.

Written and reviewed by the SodaPeak Editorial Desk · Last updated September 22, 2026

Quick answer

Two things are published about SodaPeak delivery and no more. Orders ship from inside the United States unless the sales page says otherwise, and a tracking number arrives in the order email. No number of days, no carrier, no shipping cost, no international policy and no lost-parcel procedure was supplied to us, so none is printed here. If a parcel has not arrived, call the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480 with the order ID and the tracking number in front of you.

The short version

What is published about SodaPeak shipping

Two sentences, and they are the whole of what our sources state about delivery.

Orders ship from inside the United States unless the sales page says otherwise. A tracking number arrives in the order email.

That is it. Not a summary of a longer policy — there is no longer policy in the material we were given. This page is short on facts because the source material is, and we would rather hand you two certainties and a list of gaps than three paragraphs of plausible shipping language nobody wrote down.

The first sentence is not nothing: a parcel leaving from inside the United States means a domestic journey, no customs step and no import charge arriving separately later. Note the qualifier though — “unless the sales page says otherwise” means the listing you buy from governs, not this page.

The second matters more than it sounds. A tracking number turns a wait into something you can look at, and it is the thing the order desk will ask you to read out if a parcel goes quiet.

SodaPeak six-bottle pack as it ships from the United States
The six-bottle pack. Whatever size you order, it ships from inside the United States and the tracking number arrives by email.

The honest section

What is not published about shipping

This is the longer list, and it is longer than the published one by five to one.

Every row is a gap in the supplied material rather than a policy we have read and summarised.
What you would want to knowWhat our sources state
How many days delivery takesNot published. No number of days appears anywhere, for any pack size or any destination.
Which carrier is usedNot published. No carrier is named.
What shipping costsNot published. Any charge appears at checkout, beside a pack price that is also not published to us.
Free shipping on larger packsNot published either way. Common in this category, and not stated here.
Whether it ships internationallyNot published. The market named is the United States and orders ship from inside it.
Whether PO boxes are acceptedNot published.
Whether a signature is requiredNot published.
Whether a six-bottle pack arrives in one parcelNot published. It may arrive as one or several; nothing states which.
How quickly an order is dispatchedNot published. The tracking number in the order email is the first published signal that anything has moved.
What happens if a parcel is lostNot published as a policy. The published route for any order problem is the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480.

Why we print the blanks

Because the alternative is worse. “Most orders arrive within three to seven business days” is the sort of sentence that writes itself, sounds reasonable, and would be a thing we made up. It is also the sentence you would remember on day eight, when it turned out nobody had ever promised it.

A gap you can see is workable: you can ask about it at checkout or on the phone before you commit. A gap filled in with a guess is not, because you do not know it is a guess.

Keep it

The order email is the document

The order email is the only shipping document you will hold, and it carries two things the order desk will ask for.

The order ID. Every published route into this seller’s process begins with it — a change, a replacement, a return, a refund. Our refund page lists five steps and the order ID is step one, and it is also one of the three things that must physically go inside a returned box.

The tracking number. It is the only visibility into a delivery whose duration nobody has published. Check it before you call rather than after: a parcel that is moving and a parcel that has stopped are two different conversations.

Move the email out of whichever folder your inbox files it into, and keep it until the bottles are finished or the refund has landed — whichever comes later. That is not a precaution against this seller. It is the same advice for any purchase where the delivery window, the price and the refund window all live on a page you do not control.

Six steps

What to do if it has not arrived

In this order. The fourth is the one that solves it, and the first three make that call short.

  1. Read the tracking number in the order email

Find out whether the parcel is moving, stopped or never scanned. That single fact decides everything that follows.

  2. Check the address on the order against the one you meant

The most common reason a parcel stalls is a flat number or a zip code that did not survive a checkout form.

  3. Check with whoever takes your parcels

Neighbours, a building desk, a mailroom, a safe place chosen by a driver. Nothing in our sources says whether a signature is required.

  4. Call the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480

The published route for orders, tracking, changes and refunds. Have the order ID and the tracking number in front of you before you dial: those two numbers are the whole of what the desk can search on.

  5. Do not email the website desk about it

The website desk at [email protected] handles this site, Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm ET. It cannot see orders or tracking, and there is no sales email address at all.

  6. Write down the date of the call

There is no published escalation path and no ticket system in our sources. A dated note of your own is the only record of when you first raised it.

The reason to do this promptly

A money-back window is running while you wait, and no length for it is published. The supplied pack says the guarantee is “as printed on the listing”, often the marketplace return window — the platform’s policy rather than the seller’s. Whatever it turns out to be, it started when you paid, not when the parcel arrived.

On arrival

If the parcel or the seal is damaged

Before you open anything, look at the safety seal. The label carries the instruction in capitals: “DO NOT USE IF SAFETY SEAL IS DAMAGED OR MISSING.” That is not about the packaging looking tidy.

If the seal is broken, missing, or has been opened and pressed back down:

  • Do not take a capsule from it.
  • Photograph the bottle, the seal and the outer parcel before anything is moved.
  • Call +1 (302) 200-3480 and say the seal is damaged. Ask for a replacement rather than a refund if you still want the product — a replacement keeps you inside the window rather than restarting the conversation.
  • Keep the parcel and the bottle until the desk says what it wants done with them.

The same applies to a bottle that arrives crushed, leaking or short of the count on the label. None of that is common and all of it is worth a phone call, because the desk that shipped it is the only one that can replace it — which is also the argument on our where to buy page.

Once it is safely indoors, the label’s own storage line applies: “STORAGE: Keep away from heat, light, and humidity to preserve freshness.” No refrigeration is required and none is mentioned. A bathroom cabinet is humid by design and is the worst cupboard in the house for it.

The honest section

Delivery time eats the refund window

One last point, and it is the one most likely to cost somebody money.

The money-back window runs from the purchase, not from the delivery. Nothing in our sources states a length for it. So the clock starts on a day you know, runs for a period you cannot see published, and spends some unknown part of itself on a delivery whose duration is also not published.

Two of those three unknowns are recoverable at checkout. Read the window on the listing before you pay and screenshot it with the date visible, which is the argument our guarantee page is built around. Ask about delivery on the checkout page or on the phone, before you commit rather than after.

Then judge the product from your first capsule rather than from the order date, while keeping the window in mind as a separate clock. Our timeline page makes the same point at greater length: the seller’s own listing says most buyers waited three to six weeks before judging it, and a window of unknown length is running somewhere inside that.

Questions

SodaPeak FAQ: shipping questions

How long does shipping take?

Not published as a number of days. Orders ship from inside the United States unless the sales page says otherwise, and a tracking number arrives in the order email.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Call +1 (302) 200-3480 as soon as you can. Once a parcel is handed to the carrier it has to be returned instead.

What if the safety seal is broken?

Do not use it. The label is explicit: “DO NOT USE IF SAFETY SEAL IS DAMAGED OR MISSING.” Call the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480 and ask for a replacement rather than taking the chance.

Does it need refrigerating?

No. The label says to keep it away from heat, light and humidity to preserve freshness, and to store it in a cool, dry place. A cupboard beats a bathroom shelf, which is humid by design.

What form does it come in?

One form only. A capsule, sixty to a bottle. There is no liquid, powder or gummy version in the material we were given, and no larger or smaller bottle.

Do you earn money if I buy?

Yes. This site earns when an order is placed through it. That is exactly why the honest sections exist: a page that only flatters the product is not information.
