SodaPeak Refund Policy

Five steps, one returns address in Long Island City, two published timings and a candid list of what is not covered.

Written and reviewed by the SodaPeak Editorial Desk · Last updated September 22, 2026

Quick answer

Call the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480 with your order ID, then post the bottles to 31-00 47th Avenue, Suite 2100, Long Island City, NY 11101, USA with your full name, the email the order was placed with and the order ID inside the box. Return postage is paid by the buyer. Use a tracked service. Refunds are credited 3 to 5 business days after the order desk approves them, then 5 to 10 days for the card to post it. The website desk at [email protected] cannot see orders, and no sales email address was supplied at all — the phone line is the published route.

Five steps

The SodaPeak refund route, step by step

The published process in full. Every step after the first depends on the first.

  1. Call the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480

With the order ID from your confirmation email in front of you. This line handles orders, tracking, changes and refunds. Call before you post anything: a box that arrives before the desk knows it is coming has no record attached to it.

  2. Pack the bottles to be returned

Whatever the desk agrees you are sending back. Nothing in our sources states whether opened bottles are accepted or only sealed ones, which is exactly the question to put to the desk on the call.

  3. Put your full name, email and order ID inside the box

All three, on paper, inside. The email must be the one the order was placed with. These are the only things that let a person match a parcel to a payment.

  4. Post it to 31-00 47th Avenue, Suite 2100, Long Island City, NY 11101

Return postage is paid by the buyer. Use a tracked service. This is the returns address and it is not the office address. Keep the postage receipt and the tracking reference.

  5. Wait for the approval, then for the card

Refunds are credited 3 to 5 business days after the order desk approves them, then 5 to 10 days for the card to post it. Two stages, two delays, and the second belongs to your bank rather than the seller.

Long Island City

The returns address, and what to put in the box

Returns go to 31-00 47th Avenue, Suite 2100, Long Island City, NY 11101, USA.

That is a different address from the business office at 345 Seventh Avenue, Floor 16, New York, NY 10001, USA. Both are published, both are in New York, and only one of them is for bottles. Posting a return to the office is the commonest way to turn a simple refund into a long one.

What goes inside the box

  • Your full name, as given on the order.
  • The email address the order was placed with — not a different one you prefer.
  • The order ID, exactly as it appears in the confirmation email.
  • The bottles, packed so they arrive intact.

Write it on paper rather than on the outside of the box, where it can be obscured by a label or rubbed off in transit. A single sheet with three lines is enough.

Nothing requires this, but we would add a photograph of the sheet and the packed box before you seal it, and the tracking reference kept somewhere other than a postage receipt in a coat pocket. Both cost nothing and both answer the only question that ever comes up.

A single SodaPeak bottle of 60 capsules
A single bottle is a small parcel and a cheap return. Six is neither, which is one more argument for a first order of one.

Timing

How long a refund takes

The published timing split into the stages it happens in. Only the middle two are stated in our sources.
StageHow longWho controls it
You call the order deskAs soon as you decide. Not published as a deadline — the window it sits inside has no published length. You
The parcel travels to Long Island CityNot published. An ordinary postal journey, depending on the service you chose.Your carrier
The desk approves and credits it3 to 5 business days after approval. The order desk
The card posts it5 to 10 days.Your bank or card issuer
You see it on a statementDepends where you are in your billing cycle. Not published, and not something the seller controls.Your bank

Business days and calendar days are not the same unit. The first published figure is in business days and the second is not.

Refunds are credited 3 to 5 business days after the order desk approves them, then 5 to 10 days for the card to post it. The two figures are sequential rather than overlapping, and they start after approval rather than after you post the parcel. Add the postal journey at the front and your billing cycle at the back, and the honest expectation is weeks rather than days. That is the shape of every card refund, and the reason to say it plainly is that a buyer expecting the money in three days starts calling on day four — when the desk can do nothing about the ten days that belong to a bank.

Contact

Which desk does what

Two desks, one gap where a sales inbox would usually be, and one very common mistake.

Order desk — +1 (302) 200-3480

Orders, tracking, changes, replacements and refunds. The desk that can see your order, approve a return and credit a refund. A phone line rather than a form.

Website desk — [email protected]

This website: corrections, privacy and press, Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm ET. It cannot see orders. Writing to it about a refund costs you days inside a window whose length is not published.

No sales email address at all

No sales email address was supplied. The pack points to the sales contact page instead, and the phone line is the route that is actually published. We would rather print that gap than invent an address.

Returns — Long Island City, NY 11101

31-00 47th Avenue, Suite 2100, Long Island City, NY 11101, USA. Bottles go here, with your name, order email and order ID inside the box.

Office — New York, NY 10001

345 Seventh Avenue, Floor 16, New York, NY 10001, USA. The business address. Do not post returns here.

What has no published route

An escalation path, a ticket system, a complaints procedure and a deadline for raising a claim. None appears in the material supplied to us.

Two desks exist, they do different jobs, and the one most people instinctively reach for — the email address — is the one that cannot help with a refund. The website desk handles the website and has no view of the order system, and because no sales email address is published at all, there is no inbox that does. The phone line is not one option among several. It is the route.

The honest section

What a refund does not cover

Four things, so none of them is a surprise at the wrong moment.

It does not cover the return postage. Return postage is paid by the buyer. Use a tracked service. That is published and unambiguous. On a single bottle it is a small parcel; on six it is not, and the difference is worth thinking about before you choose a pack size.

It does not cover a bottle bought somewhere else. A refund is processed by whoever holds the order record. The order desk can look up an order ID its own system issued and cannot look up one it did not. That is the practical argument on our where to buy page.

It does not come with published terms we can show you. The window this route sits inside has no published length in our sources. The supplied pack says the guarantee is “as printed on the listing”, often the marketplace return window — the platform’s policy rather than the seller’s promise. Whether opened bottles qualify, whether an original shipping charge comes back, and whether a partial return of a multi-bottle pack is accepted are all unstated. Ask the desk, and read the listing before you pay. The guarantee page takes that apart →

It is not compensation for anything else. A refund returns money. It is not a remedy for a health outcome, and nothing here should be read as suggesting the product treats, prevents or cures anything — the label itself carries the FDA footnote saying exactly that. If something you took has affected you, speak to a clinician first and the order desk second.

Said before you buy

The two reasons we would expect a return

We sell this product, so a page about getting your money back is an odd thing for us to write carefully. We would rather write it carefully than have somebody find the gaps at the point of needing them.

The likeliest reason a reader wants a refund has nothing to do with whether the capsules suited them. It is the label. The vegetarian seal in this product’s packaging artwork is contradicted by the label’s own ingredients: the other-ingredients line ends “Gelatin Capsule”, and the blend contains orchic substance, which is animal glandular tissue. If you avoid animal-derived ingredients that is a reason to return a bottle, and a reason nobody should have to discover from the panel after it arrived.

The second is the ingredient count. The Supplement Facts panel names eight ingredients inside the blend; every marketing image names six, leaving out orchic substance and boron amino acid chelate. If you bought on the strength of a six-ingredient picture, the bottle is not what the picture showed — and the bottle is the regulated document.

Both are printed near the top of our home page and on the ingredients page, in plain sight, for exactly this reason. A refund route is a poor substitute for knowing before you pay.

If the refund goes wrong

There is no published escalation path and no ticket system, so the answer is a record rather than a procedure. Keep dates and what you were told; keep the tracking, which proves the box arrived; keep the order email, because the order ID is the key to everything. Call back rather than switching to email. And remember that the last stage of a refund belongs to your card issuer, which has a dispute process of its own. If a page here is wrong, tell us at [email protected] with the page name; a correction moves that page’s last-updated date forward.

Questions

SodaPeak FAQ: refund policy questions

How do I get a refund?

Call the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480 with your order ID. Send returns to 31-00 47th Avenue, Suite 2100, Long Island City, NY 11101, USA with your full name, email and order ID inside the box. Return postage is yours, and a tracked service protects you.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds are credited 3 to 5 business days after the order desk approves them, then 5 to 10 days for the card to post it.

Which email should I use?

The website desk at [email protected] handles this site: corrections, privacy and press, Monday to Friday 9 to 5 Eastern. It cannot see orders. No separate sales email address was supplied to us, so the phone line is the published route for anything about an order.

Is it vegetarian?

No. A vegetarian seal appears in the packaging artwork, but the label’s own other-ingredients line ends “Gelatin Capsule”, and the blend contains orchic substance, which is animal glandular tissue. Both are animal-derived and both are printed in plain sight on the panel.

Why do you keep repeating the vegetarian point?

Because it is the one thing on this product that could cause somebody to take an animal-derived ingredient they specifically avoid. A site that mentioned it once in small type would not be doing its job.

How do I report a mistake on this site?

Email [email protected] and tell us the page. Corrections move the “last updated” date at the bottom of that page forward.
