This website is an information site. It takes no payments, has no accounts and asks for no health information. It keeps ordinary server logs, measures page-level usage, and receives whatever you type into an email to us. Checkout happens on a separate marketplace under that company’s privacy policy, and your card details never touch this site. What this policy covers
This policy covers sodapeakcare.com, the information website published by Sodapeakcare. It explains what this website collects when you read it, what it does not collect, who else is involved, and how to ask us about any of it.
One thing belongs at the top, because it changes how the rest should be read. This website does not take payments. There is no shopping basket here, no card form and no account to create. The order button hands you to a separate marketplace checkout operated by another company, and everything that happens after that — your name, your delivery address, your card details, your order history — happens on that company’s systems under that company’s privacy policy, not this one. Read it there before you pay.
Effective date: September 22, 2026. If we change this policy we will change that date, and the changed version will be the one on this page.
Collection
What this website collects
Three things, and we would rather list them plainly than describe them as “certain information”.
Server logs
Like essentially every website, the servers that deliver these pages keep a record of requests. A log entry of this kind typically contains an IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the referring page if there was one, and the browser and operating system the request announced. We use it to keep the site available, to find broken pages and missing images, and to investigate abuse such as scraping or attempted intrusion.
Basic analytics
We measure how the site is used at the level of pages rather than people: which pages are read, roughly how long for, which links are followed, what kind of device was used, and the country or region a visit came from. It tells us that a page is too long or a link is broken. It is not used to build a profile of you, and we do not try to work out who an individual reader is.
Anything you type into an email to us
If you write to [email protected], we receive whatever you put in the message: your email address, your name if you sign it, and anything else you choose to include. Please send us only what the question needs. We do not need your card details and will never ask for them, and a question about an order is better taken to the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480, which can see orders when this address cannot.
Collection
What this website does not collect
The list of things this site does not do is longer than the list of things it does, and more useful.
- No payments. No card number, expiry date or security code is ever entered on this website, because there is nowhere to enter one.
- No accounts. There is no login, no password to store and no saved basket.
- No newsletter sign-up and no marketing list run from these pages.
- No delivery addresses. Where an order ships is known to the marketplace and to the order desk that fulfils it, not to this website.
- No health information. We do not ask what you take, what you have been diagnosed with or why you are reading. Please do not send it to us either: an email asking whether a supplement suits a condition is a question for a clinician, and we will say so rather than answer it.
- No selling of personal information. We do not sell it, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
When you press the order button you leave this site. From that moment the marketplace operating the checkout is the company collecting your information, and its policy governs what happens next. We have no access to your card details at any point.
Third parties
Who else is involved, by category
We are not going to name a vendor we cannot verify for you, so this section describes categories. Anyone in a category below receives only what that category needs.
- Hosting and content delivery. The companies that store these files and deliver them to your browser necessarily process the request, which includes an IP address.
- Analytics. A measurement provider processes the usage data described above on our behalf.
- Email. A mail provider carries messages to and from the website address, and holds them in the ordinary way that email is held.
- The marketplace checkout. A separate company takes the order, the payment and the delivery address, under its own terms and its own privacy policy. This is the most important entry on this list, and the one that is not ours.
- Professional advisers and legal obligation. Information may be disclosed where the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of readers, the public or this business.
If this website is ever transferred to another owner, information held in connection with it may transfer as part of that. We have no other category of recipient to declare, and we are not going to invent one to look thorough.
Children
Children under 13
This website is intended for adults. It is not directed at children, and the product it describes is not either: the bottle’s own caution names children under the age of 18, and this site publishes adults 18 and over as the audience wherever it describes who the product is for.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13. We do not ask a reader’s age, we do not run an account system that could record one, and there is nothing on these pages designed to appeal to a child. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe a child under 13 has sent us personal information — in practice that would mean an email — write to [email protected] and we will delete it from our mailbox.
If you are under 18, please do not use this site to buy this product, and please talk to a parent, a guardian or a clinician rather than to us.

How long we keep things, and your rights
How long things are kept
We are not going to print a retention schedule we could not hold ourselves to, so here it is in qualitative terms. Server logs are kept for a short operational period — long enough to investigate a fault or an attack, and no longer. Analytics are kept in aggregate, which is to say as counts of pages rather than records of people; the underlying detail is short-lived. Email is kept for as long as the conversation is useful and for as long as we may need it for a legal or accounting reason, and then deleted. If information is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for, the intention is that it goes.
Your rights
Several states in the United States now give residents privacy rights, and the exact list depends on where you live. Described generally, those rights usually include the right to know what categories of personal information a business has collected about you and why, the right to ask for a copy, the right to ask for correction of something inaccurate, the right to ask for deletion, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right not to be treated worse for exercising any of them.
Two of those are easy for us to answer in advance. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of here. And because this website holds so little, a request will often be answered by telling you that we hold nothing about you beyond a mailbox thread, which is a short and honest answer rather than an evasive one.

How to make a request
One address handles all of this. Email [email protected], Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm ET. Put the word privacy in the subject line, tell us what you are asking for, and give us enough to find you — in practice, the email address you wrote from.
We will reply to the address the request came from. If a request is made on your behalf by somebody else, we will ask for something that shows you authorised it, and if we cannot verify a request we will say so rather than act on it, because acting on an unverified request about somebody’s information is the worse of the two mistakes.
Two things this desk cannot do, so that you do not lose time. It cannot see orders: the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480 handles orders, tracking, changes and refunds. And it cannot reach the marketplace’s records: a request about the information you gave at checkout has to go to the company that operates that checkout.
