An order desk on the telephone, a website desk by email, two New York addresses and one route that was never supplied.

Written and reviewed by the SodaPeak Editorial Desk · Last updated September 22, 2026

Quick answer

Orders, tracking, changes and refunds go to the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480. This website — corrections, privacy and press — is handled by [email protected], Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm ET; that desk cannot see orders. No sales email address was supplied, so the phone line is the published route for anything about a purchase. The office is at 345 Seventh Avenue, Floor 16, New York, NY 10001; returns go to a different address at 31-00 47th Avenue, Suite 2100, Long Island City, NY 11101, with your full name, email and order ID inside the box.

They are genuinely different desks. The phone line can see orders and cannot edit this website. The email desk can edit this website and cannot see orders. Sending an order question to the email address is the most common way to lose a few days.

By phone

The order desk, and what it handles

The order desk is +1 (302) 200-3480, and it is the published route for anything attached to an order. In this category a telephone number that answers is worth more than any seal on a box.

What it handles

  • Orders — placing one, or a question about one already placed.
  • Tracking — a tracking number arrives in the order email; the desk is where to go when it has not, or when it has stopped moving.
  • Changes — an address correction or a cancellation before despatch. Speed matters: once a parcel is with the carrier it has to be returned rather than changed.
  • Refunds — starting a claim and checking where one has got to. Have the order ID in front of you.
  • A damaged or missing safety seal — the label says a bottle with a damaged or missing seal should not be used. Call and ask for a replacement.

Have three things ready: the order ID from the confirmation email, the name the order was placed in, and the email address it was placed with. The one thing the line cannot do is quote a price, because no pack price was supplied to us.

By email

The website desk, and what it cannot do

The website desk is [email protected], reading Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm ET. It looks after this site rather than the shop: corrections, privacy questions about what this site collects, and press questions about how a page was sourced. Name the page and we will fix what is wrong; a correction moves that page’s last-updated date forward.

What it cannot do, at all

It cannot see your order — not the ID, not the address, not the status, not the tracking, not the refund. The order records are not in front of it. An email sent here about a parcel is not forwarded into a queue somewhere; it gets a reply telling you to call the order desk, and that reply arrives during office hours rather than immediately.

It also cannot tell you a price, a delivery time or a guarantee length, for the same reason no page here does: none of the three was supplied to us. Mail sent on a Friday evening is read on Monday, so if the matter is an order, use the phone line.

The honest section

The route that does not exist

There is no sales email address

No sales email address was supplied. The pack points to the sales contact page instead, and the phone line is the route that is actually published.

This is worth stating plainly rather than leaving you to find out. Most retailers publish a sales or support address alongside a phone number, and many buyers prefer writing: it leaves a record and works at any hour. That option was not supplied to us, and we will not invent an address to make this page look complete.

So: anything about an order goes to +1 (302) 200-3480, and anything about this website goes to [email protected]. If you want a written record of something the order desk told you, ask for the name of the person you spoke to and the date, and keep it with the order email. In the absence of a sales address that is the nearest thing to a paper trail this product offers.

Where things go

Two addresses, and why they are different

The office

345 Seventh Avenue, Floor 16
New York, NY 10001

A Manhattan address on Seventh Avenue, the business address for the desk that publishes this site. Not a shop, not a warehouse, and not where returns go.

Do not post a return here. A parcel sent to an office is a parcel in the wrong building, and a refund window does not pause while somebody forwards it.

The returns address

31-00 47th Avenue, Suite 2100
Long Island City, NY 11101

A Long Island City address, across the river in Queens. This is where product goes back.

Two addresses is normal rather than suspicious, and the reason is dull: an office holds people, while returned stock needs a goods entrance and somewhere to put it. What matters is not why they differ but that only one is for parcels.

Sending something back

What to include in a return

  1. Call the order desk first

+1 (302) 200-3480, with the order ID from your confirmation email. Posting a box without telling anybody is how a parcel arrives with nothing to match it to.

  2. Put three things inside the box

Your full name, the email address the order was placed with, and the order ID. A slip of paper is fine. Those three connect a box on a receiving bay to the card you want credited.

  3. Address it to the returns address, not the office

31-00 47th Avenue, Suite 2100, Long Island City, NY 11101. This is the only address parcels should go to.

  4. Pay the postage and use a tracked service

Return postage is paid by the buyer. Use a tracked service. Tracking is the part that protects you: without it, a parcel that does not arrive is your word against a receiving bay.

  5. Keep the tracking number until the money lands

Refunds are credited 3 to 5 business days after the order desk approves them, then 5 to 10 days for the card to post it. Keep the number, the order email and your screenshot of the listing’s money-back window until the refund shows on the card.

Before any of this, ideally before you order: read the money-back window on the listing and screenshot it with the date visible. No length was supplied to us, so none is printed here, and the pack says the guarantee is “as printed on the listing” — often the marketplace return window, which is the platform’s policy rather than the seller’s promise. If a row is not here: anything with an order ID goes to the phone line, anything about this website to the email desk, and anything about your own health to somebody qualified to answer it.

Expectations

What we can answer, and what nobody here can

Anything printed on the label we can answer immediately, because it is transcribed across this site word for word: the serving size, the 30 servings a bottle, the 1200 mg blend total, all eight ingredient names, the other-ingredients line, the storage instruction, the caution and the expiry date on the side panel.

Anything not printed, nobody here can answer, and we will say so rather than guess: how much of each ingredient is in the blend, which animal the orchic substance came from, where the bottle was manufactured, how long the money-back window runs, and what a pack costs before checkout. A certificate reference travels with this batch, but no certificate document was supplied with it, so there is nothing to send you.

Health questions we will not answer, and we would worry about a seller who did. NCCIH’s standing advice is to talk with your health care providers about any complementary health approaches you use, and the FDA’s advice for this category is to talk to a health care professional before trying a new product. Both are better answers than a retail desk can give, including ours.

Questions

SodaPeak FAQ: contact questions

Which email should I use?

The website desk at [email protected] handles this site: corrections, privacy and press, Monday to Friday 9 to 5 Eastern. It cannot see orders. No separate sales email address was supplied to us, so the phone line is the published route for anything about an order.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Call +1 (302) 200-3480 as soon as you can. Once a parcel is handed to the carrier it has to be returned instead.

How do I get a refund?

Call the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480 with your order ID. Send returns to 31-00 47th Avenue, Suite 2100, Long Island City, NY 11101, USA with your full name, email and order ID inside the box. Return postage is yours, and a tracked service protects you.

What if the safety seal is broken?

Do not use it. The label is explicit: “DO NOT USE IF SAFETY SEAL IS DAMAGED OR MISSING.” Call the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480 and ask for a replacement rather than taking the chance.
